What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!
How do I request a return?
Requesting a return is really easy! Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can allocate an Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you. (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (excluding original shipping cost). Camel Kidz can not be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
What is your returns policy?
Camel Kidz will happily accept a return within 14 days from receiving your order. The items must be in original condition with all tags/user instruction remaining in place, Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Camel Kidz offers a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or an exchange on items.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email within 1-2 working days, containing a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order! If you did not receive this email, please contact us at email@example.com.
When will my order arrive?
We generally delivery all orders within 3-10 working days Camel Kidz uses UPS for all orders.
Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?
Camel Kidz unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a ‘gift’, due to law prohibitions.
What payment methods does Camel Kidz accept?
Currently we accept bank transfers. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to assist! Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
